MJ is a visionary, big-picture thinker and one of BTI360’s founders. When he’s not percolating on the next big idea he’s usually meeting one-on-one with our engineers to find out what drives them. He’s the reason our company has such a fervent passion for developing people – it’s what drives him.
When he’s not developing our team or envisioning the future of the industry, he is either spending time with his high school sweetheart and two kids or trying to sneak in a round of golf.
In his spare time, Jeremy runs marathons. Imagine what he does on vacation!

Jeremy is our details guy and another one of our founders. He keeps our big thinkers grounded and makes amazing things happen. He does it all, from hammering out the most intricate details of our next big project, to providing world-class service to our team.
When Jeremy isn’t keeping track of the nitty gritty details of the company, he is likely analyzing deals for his next family cruise (he’s been on 10+!) or hanging out with his wife and two children.
Clinton taught himself to play the guitar, but forgot to teach himself rhythm.

Clinton is BTI360’s jack of all trades. As COO, he brings ideas to life, he keeps the machine “well-oiled,” and he makes sure our brand messages hit the mark. One of his favorite jobs as COO is taking great ideas and turning them into concrete products that the team (and our customers) can rally around.
When he isn’t spinning plates at work, he’s likely watching Ken Burns documentaries with his wife and their Boston Terrier. He also loves to volunteer in his church community, snow ski, and beat his brother MJ on the golf course.
Jonathan lives in a log home. No smoking please.

Jonathan is our in-house tinkerer, who is always on the verge of inventing the next big thing. He is also the curator of our technology strategy. Jonathan keeps an eye on industry trends and anticipates our customers’ needs to ensure our team is equipped to tackle the next big challenge.
At home Jonathan enjoys “analog” hacks such as raising chickens, processing homemade diesel fuel, and playing with adult legos – aka shipping containers. Jonathan and his wife are also tied for the largest BTI360 family with five children.
