Any Training that Involves Legos is Good Training
Last week we conducted Lean Agile training in our Ashburn office with twenty-five BTI360 teammates. At BTI360, we like to say that software development is a team sport. Our Lean Agile approach is a key tool that allows us to move quickly and deliver great software. MJ, our trainer, kept the instruction light-hearted and engaging. We used Legos and Jenga to see the principles in practice. (Did you know that Lean Agile can help you build a Lego city more efficiently?)
Workshops like this are just one of the ways we invest in the engineering culture at BTI360. We also offer code katas, tech discussions @ lunch, a book concierge, professional certifications, and conference attendance. The result is greater technical knowledge, better collaboration, and, ultimately, better software for our customers.
We love sharing our engineering insights and practices with our customers and partners at other companies. Over the last six years we have trained over 600 people in Lean Agile principles.
