" When it comes to improving your software development skills, there are quite a few organizations that talk big, but BTI360 will actually help make it happen. The teammates here have mentored us through the development of our very own web-app. They’ve coached us in technology and in life, all the while pushing us towards the next step of our careers."
" As an intern, you are given the training and guidance that you need to become a successful Software Engineer, while also being trusted to lead the design and development of the project given to you...I would do it again in a heartbeat!"
" It’s clear that BTI360 is genuinely interested in helping you reach your full potential. The internship provided an environment that allowed me to develop not only professionally and technically, but also on a personal level..."
" We worked on a project that other teammates were working on. This gave us the opportunity to learn from the more experienced, and get a taste of what real world programming is like..."
Expand your software development skills through our unique combination of practical, hands-on experience and mentoring from our current teammates.

We take our investment into our college hire teammates very seriously. We put a lot of time, energy, and resources into this program to make sure you develop the skills to succeed as a professional software engineer. Since we invest in and are committed to you, we ask that you make a commitment to us.
Also, during our summer internship we submit our college hires for a U.S. Government security clearance. A commitment to BTI360 is necessary to submit you for the clearance.
To make this decision easier, in addition to the offer for the summer internship, you will also receive an offer for full time employment with BTI360, including your minimum starting salary. Still have questions? Just ask our previous college hires for yourself during our interview process.
College begins to prepare you for a career in the real world, but your development doesn't stop there. To stay relevant, you have to continue learning and expanding your skills. BTI360 is just the place to do that -- we are focused on the continuous development of our teammates. In fact, our top priority is developing our people. To do that, we provide opportunities for all of our teammates to advance their skills and knowledge in software engineering, technical curiosity, and technical leadership.
A security clearance opens the door to an exciting world of opportunity that not everyone qualifies for. If you make the cut, you’ll have access to mission sensitive jobs that solve intriguing problems. Not to mention, there’s a high demand for software engineers with a security clearance -- and that means added job security.
A government contractor is someone who is contracted out to work directly for the government or for a prime contractor that owns a government contract. A contractor works at a government or prime facility along with contractors from other companies. At BTI360, it is our goal to have two or more teammates on the same contract working together as a team.
The internship in located at BTI360’s headquarters in Ashburn, VA.
A majority of BTI360’s work is located in the Northern Virginia area along the Dulles Technology Corridor including Tyson’s, McLean, Reston, Herndon, and Chantilly.
