Getting a Solid Dose of Work Life Balance
On August 25, 2018 the BTI360 crew (teammates, spouses, significant others, kiddos, and the like) descended on Reston for BTI360 Picnic 2018. We gathered together for some good food, laughs, and plenty of fun activities for all ages – MISSION BARBEQUE, huge moon bounces, face painting, and a serious Kan Jam tournament.
The moon bounces were a huge hit for the kiddos. They bounced, rolled, and raced until the final call. We weren’t sure if they were nearly crying at the end because they had to stop bouncing or if they were so tired that they had reached the meltdown point. Either way, parents were excited that their kiddos would sleep for the next 18 hours recovering from their adventure. 🙂
Congratulations to Dylan and John. They won the Kan Jam tournament besting several seasoned vets to take the crown. Why is this important? This means Dylan and John will have a years worth of bragging rights to exercise at our monthly Orange Slice and some solid ribbing during office ping-pong matches.
Needless to say, we had a great time hanging out together in the amazing weather enjoying each others company. BTI360 Picnic 2018 is in the books. We’re looking forward to next year!
