Flashback Relapse – The Over Engineer, A Net Negative Programmer

Yes, it’s true. We have had a Flashback relapse and must visit one other Net Negative Programmer from our original series in 2010!

Today, we are reintroduced to the Over Engineer. The Over Engineer is that programmer that will build you a helicopter when all you really need is a paper airplane.
