Life @ BTI360 can be described with many different words…craftsmanship, growing and developing, technical curiosity, team-oriented, family-friendly, etc. And while we like to have fun we wouldn’t typically categorized ourselves as crazy…but that’s the word we’re going with for our few brave (“crazy”) teammates willing to take on Virginia’s Tough Mudder race this past weekend.
For those of you asking “What’s a Tough Mudder?” Check out this description below to have full comprehension of the word “crazy” 😉
“Tough Mudder is a team-oriented 10-12 mile obstacle course designed to test physical strength and mental grit. Tough Mudder puts camaraderie over finisher rankings and is not a timed race but a team challenge that allows participants to experience exhilarating, yet safe, world-class obstacles they won’t find anywhere else.”
I think it’s also important to note that these “obstacles” have names like; Ring of Fire, Electroshock Therapy 2.o, and Ladder to Hell…to name a few.
Anyway, truth be told, Tough Mudder isn’t all that bad. They help raise money for the Wounded Warrior Project and their brand color is orange. Plus, all of our teammates who participated, survived and said they had a ton of fun! Here’s some pictures below to prove it.
